Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy utilizes cross-fiber, soft tissue mobilization along muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This work re-educates the neuro-muscular (nerve & muscle) systems; activates the ANS (rest & digestion) system and puts the body in a natural healing state. The result is deep relaxation and release of restrictions that cause pain and interfere with posture, digestion, sleep and movement along with other ailments.

www.bowtech.com Bowen technique involves a rolling movement over fascia, muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. it is said not to involve deep or prolonged contact with muscle tissues as in most kinds of massage, but claims to relieve muscles tensions and strains and to restore normal lymphatic flow. Because this technique is so gentle, Bowenwork can be suitable for newborn baby to elderly.
